LaunchPad is a novel initiative organised by AIESEC in University of Sri Jayewardenepura, designed to explore unique career paths and empower the youth in our country to excel in the competitive corporate landscape.

This insightful initiative aims to bring together young school leavers,undergraduates and graduates with professionals from local and international industries, fostering the formulation of new opportunities for building resilient careers.

By connecting Sri Lankan youth with professionals and resources, LaunchPad endeavours to assist them in exploring a wide range of international volunteering/internship and teaching opportunities while making a positive impact on the world.

The first phase of LaunchPad titled " Dare to Dream," is specifically designed for young school leavers and undergraduates, and will take place on the 27th of July 2023. Esteemed career professionals, accomplished AIESECers with international exchange experience, and other field experts will be participating in this physically convened event.
